Get summer ready at Stockland Shellharbour with free styling workshops

16 October 2019

Stockland Shellharbour is pleased to offer a series of free fashion and beauty workshops led by professional stylist Tracy Moores.

Ms Moores will run three workshops this weekend at which she will share her expertise on summer fashion trends and how to piece together a timeless wardrobe.

Ms Moores said that each of the workshops will also explore the theme of body diversity.

“It’s really important to consider your body in choosing which pieces to add to your wardrobe. In the ‘Dressing for your Shape’ workshop, we’ll cover things such as shapewear and fashion, and even how to consider your face’s shape in building a timeless wardrobe.

“The second workshop will focus on ‘Embracing Colour’ – from prints and block colours, to how to wear colour appropriate to your age, and the last workshop ‘The Wardrobe Edit’ will be about making the very most out of your fashion for all occasions.”

Following the fashion workshops, an expert consultant from Alpha-H will offer customers a beauty demonstration on skin products and health.

Centre Manager at Stockland Shellharbour Daniel Buchanan, said: “We want our customers to see our centre as more than just an incredible place to shop.

“Our aim is to venture beyond the traditional convenience and variety that our community has come to expect of us. We want to focus on curating interactive and memorable experiences for our customers that are exclusive to the centre.

“We know that our local community really values when we offer events such as these, and so we will continue to deliver on that as we also evolve into more of a destination for our customers.”

In addition to the styling workshops there will be beauty pop-up bars featuring a number of favourite in-centre fashion and beauty brands. There will also be prizes and giveaways for customers who attend one of the styling workshops, including a $20 Stockland Gift Card for everyone who pre-registers.

The workshops will run from 11am to 2pm on Saturday 19 October and Sunday 20 October on the ground level near Myer.
