Stockland Minta showing no signs of slowing, welcoming its 1,000th purchaser to the community

Stockland Minta has officially welcomed its 1,000th purchaser, marking a significant milestone for the Berwick masterplanned community.

This comes as Stockland Minta announces its upcoming Stage 28 reserve, perfectly positioned next to Minta’s future parklands, wetlands and walking and cycling trails which is expected to be complete in early 2024.

Stockland Minta is located one hour east of Melbourne’s CBD, close to Beaconsfield train station, and will have direct access to the Monash Freeway via the soon-to-be opened Bells Road.

Sandra Edwards and her husband Jason are the official 1,000th purchasers and chose Stockland Minta to suit their growing family’s needs; with two young adults, son Max and daughter Sam and two Jack Russell Terriers Bob and Ben, in tow.

Sandra says after living in the Berwick area for many years, the family has finally purchased their dream block of land at Minta.

“It’s such a good location, being close to the Monash Freeway, so it’s convenient for work, and we have fantastic local education options for our kids, lush green spaces, restaurants, and Casey Hospital nearby too.

“We have bought with Stockland before and were impressed with their great communication, which meant the process was stress-free.

“We love Stockland’s masterplanned communities. They are lovely neighbourhoods with considered designs, which means we have no issues with traffic management or a lack of greenery. I feel lucky to have raised my family in the area and that we’re now in a second Stockland home,” says Ms Edwards.
