Stockland Pallara releases new completed homes

04 February 2020

Stockland has released a range of new three and four-bedroom completed homes in its Pallara community for first home buyers or downsizers looking for a brand new home ready to move into.

Starting from $525,000, the low maintenance homes designed and built by Metricon offer buyers the complete package for those ready to move in. Each home includes deluxe interior features including caesarstone benchtops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, NBN connectivity, split system air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living and alfresco areas.

The homes also include exterior features that often come at an extra cost with a typical new build – such as landscaping, fencing, letterbox, clothesline and driveways.

Stockland Senior Development Manager, David Franklin, said the newly completed homes were a great option for first home buyers and downsizers alike.

“The new completed homes product at Pallara have proved very popular, with residents loving the option to move straight in and enjoy a modern, low maintenance home.

“The attractive price point and ease of moving straight into your home makes these new homes a perfect option for downsizers or first home buyers looking to take the first step on their property journey.”

“The Pallara community is a hive of activity with many new homes under construction and sales continue to be strong as new home buyers are attracted by the affordable and healthy lifestyle just 19 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD.”

After previously building a house in Wellington Point years ago, Suang Ling Wo and her husband David were looking to downsize, and found the convenience of a completed home perfect for their second home.

“We didn’t want the hassle of building again, but still wanted to move into something new. I loved that a completed home allowed us the option to bypass the building process and start settling into our new home sooner,” Mrs. Wo said.

“We love living as part of the community here in Pallara. The parks, the walking tracks and soon the new retail centre are just some of the great amenities we enjoy here.”

Stockland Pallara is one of the last residential communities of its size so close to Brisbane city, providing a rare opportunity to build a new home in the thriving south-west corridor.

Surrounded by lush natural bushland Pallara will feature around 720 new homes and more than 2,000 residents on completion. Pallara also features two parks including an off-leash dog park, a 5.5 kilometres footpath loop, childcare centre and free community activities such as yoga and weekend Parkrun, the community caters perfectly to those wanting to embrace an active lifestyle.
