Ten exclusive home sites occupying the most elevated land in Stockland’s Foreshore Coomera residential community have been released as buyers continue to snap up blocks in the popular waterside community.
The highly anticipated Vue land release will allow buyers to build a dream home with their choice of views of the Surfers Paradise city skyline, parkland or the neighbouring Coomera River.
The land release comes as the first residents get ready to move into Foreshore Coomera before the end of the year, in a major milestone for the new community.

The Coomera East Shopping Centre is located directly adjacent to the community, and the newly opened $470 million Westfield Coomera is just two kilometres from Foreshore Coomera.
