Stockland Willowdale retirement village to release brand new two bedroom villas

Leppington’s esteemed Willowdale Retirement Village will release seven of its brand new, never-before-seen 2-bedroom villas this Friday, 24 May, at its on-site Health & Lifestyle Expo. The exclusive stage release saw all of its 3-bedroom homes sell out during pre-sale.

The stunning new 2-bedrooms will start at just $565,000 and will be positioned closest to the resident Clubhouse and alongside the new community garden strip that extends through the village.

Willowdale still has a limited number of 2- and 3-bedroom homes available from previous releases; all of which can be toured this Friday at the Expo.
