Stockland’s multi-award winning Willowdale community in Denham Court has been recognised as the Best Masterplanned Community in Australia at the Property Council of Australia Innovation & Excellence Awards.
Considered one of Australia's most prestigious property awards programs, the glamorous PCA event held at Sydney’s International Convention Centre on 17 May was a celebration of the industry’s best projects, people and companies.
This latest accolade for Willowdale is yet another industry nod for one of Stockland’s largest masterplanned residential communities in NSW.
Late last year Willowdale won the Masterplanned Communities award at the 2018 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW Awards for Excellence and also received the national 2018 Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Award for Masterplanned Community Development.
