Yes, but inspections will be non-contact and limited to 2 people.

To help maintain the wellbeing of our customers and staff, and to align with Government social distancing guidelines* regarding COVID-19, we are facilitating Non-Contact Inspections. Customers attending a Non-Contact appointment must adhere to the requirements of the Stockland visitor policy which will be emailed to you along with your invitation.

A Non-Contact Inspection for your townhome will include:

  • A 30-minute phone appointment with your Stockland Customer Relations Specialist, to help familiarise you with your new home. This includes your home owner's manual and important builder warranty information;

  • We will unlock your home so you can inspect your home independently. Your Customer Specialist will be available on mobile for any questions throughout your appointment time.

  • Your invitation will outline the full pre-settlement process and other important information.

In this time, we are aware some customers may require flexible arrangements for their inspection such as sending a delegate to inspect on your behalf. Inspections can also be re-scheduled following a 14-day self-isolation period in line with advice from the Australian Government Department of Health.

Contact us at your earliest convenience so we can help facilitate alternative options.

Your key collection is now also non-contact, we will contact you personally to outline the process for key collection. If you have any questions in the meantime please feel free to contact us.
