If you're looking for a new place to call home, there’s no need to stop chasing your dream while social distancing. At Stockland, our display homes, built homes and land, are now open again and ready to welcome you.

Make an appointment

As the government begins to relax some restrictions, sales centers and display homes are now back to full operation. We recommend making an appointment if possible, to help us manage social distancing.

For the health and wellbeing of our visitors and our people, we ask that you use the provided hand sanitiser on arrival and maintain a 1.5m distance from our staff and existing residents at all times.

Inspecting from home

If you are unwell, isolating, or prefer to stay home, our sales team and builder partners offer a variety of online options to explore display homes, built homes and communities. Simply get in touch to organise an appointment and we can arrange a virtual inspection over a platform that works best for you.

Driving through a community

If you're interested in land, or would like to get a feel for a community, you can organise a drive through tour with a sales professional. You can follow them as they drive through the community and indicate points of interest and property for sale, with follow-up brochures and plans sent after via email.

Hours of operation

Stockland hours of operation are unchanged, with offices open seven days a week. When you arrange an appointment, the sales member or builder you speak to can confirm availability. With some of our team members still working from home our response times might vary slightly from normal, but you can expect a response within 24-48 hours and appointments available within 10 days.
