Bokarina beach is set to become one of the Sunshine Coast’s most prestigious beachside communities and was officially launched to the public in June of this year with construction now underway!
Bokarina Beach forms a major part of the $5 billion Oceanside community featuring around 160 home sites, 130 terrace homes and 800 beachside and north facing park front apartments across almost 30 hectares on the Sunshine Coast.
Stockland regional manager for the Sunshine Coast Ben Simpson said “This is a premium mixed-use residential, retail and tourism hub unlike anything seen before on the Coast and the location is second to none, being one of the last remaining developable parcels of beachfront land of its size on the east coast of Australia,”
Bokarina Beach officially launched the first land release to the public on 8th of July. There was overwhelming interest in this land release of 19 home sites with nearly 2,000 pre-registered buyers keen to purchase their dream home. All of which were located a short stroll to the beach, future village park, shops and cafés. These lots ranged in size from 250m2 to 480m2, priced from $375,000 to $649,000.
Construction on the first home sites has begun and the community will be developed in stages, with construction expected to be completed on the final stage by around 2020.
