Stockland Residential | information about Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updated: 25 March 2020

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we wanted to provide all members of our communities, across Australia, with some information on the actions we are taking to help protect our customers, employees and partners, and how we continue to operate and serve our communities during this challenging time.

Stockland has been actively monitoring advice from health authorities including the Chief Medical Officer, Australian Government Department of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO) and has put appropriate precautions in place across our business.

We are here to keep you updated, to stay in regular contact, and to continue to support you through this period. We remain open for business, but have implemented additional new measures to help safeguard the health and wellbeing, including:

Actions we have taken as of 25 March 2020:
  • Our Sales Centres are now closed to the public but remain available for private one-to-one consultations as well as video consultations using Skype or Facetime.
  • Display Villages remain open but viewings are by private appointment only. Please visit your local community website for specific home builder details.

  • During one-to-one consultations our team members will be maintaining a safe social distance in line with Government and medical advice. All Sales Centres will be thoroughly cleaned after each appointment.
  • In line with guidance from the Australian Government, we have postponed or cancelled many community events until further notice. For updates on specific programs, please consult the News and Events section of your community’s website. If you are organising any community events, we ask that you also follow the guidelines on public gatherings outlined by the Government to help protect yourself and other members of our community.
  • We ask that anyone who feels unwell or has recently returned from overseas please stay home and contact us over the phone to set up a remote consultation.

We continue to closely monitor the latest advice from health authorities and Governments, and will review this approach if advice changes.

For over 67 years, Australians have trusted Stockland to build thriving communities because our first priority has always been the safety, health and wellbeing of our customers, people and community partners.

While this is an incredibly challenging period, our commitment to creating thriving and connected communities is unwavering. If you would like to contact us about your home buying journey, we are here to assist you and encourage you to contact us however you feel most comfortable.
