Stockland are proud to announce Selandra Rise as the winner of UDIA's 2016 Best Masterplanned Development Victoria.

Stockland's Selandra Rise in Melbourne's south-east has been awarded Best Masterplanned Development in Victoria 2016 by the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

Stockland's Brightwater community in QLD and Vale community in WA have also won their state awards and will compete with Selandra Rise for the National title.

Selandra Rise is located at Clyde North and home to more than 3,000 people. The community has been designed to offer residents everything they need, for home, work and leisure, within easy walking distance of their front doors.

It has a Town Centre with a supermarket and specialty shops, two schools, playgrounds, a community garden and an off-lead dog park.

Senior Development Manager, Kerry Balci, said, "The project team were so thrilled with the result. This community is truly special and there has been an enormous amount of hard work and dedication over the past eight years to deliver our commitment to innovation and excellence - all in a bid to improve the health and wellbeing of Selandra Rise residents and to create a blueprint for future residential communities throughout Australia."

Selandra Rise is now sold out, with a new community coming to Clyde in 2017.
