A paw-some time was had by all the pups who attended the launch of the new Willowdale dog park.
The brand new off-leash dog park area was officially opened in early October, with many members of the community and their dogs testing it out.
There was free food and entertainment for adults, kids and of course their furry friends. Entertainment included a doggie photo booth, jumping castle, dog pageant, face painting and an interactive demonstration from a dog behaviour specialist, Nathan Williamson which residents found extremely valuable.
Willowdale's dog park, known as Dogwood Park, is now open and can be located on the corner of Elkhorn Street and Willowdale Drive. Other Stockland communities throughout Australia also have parks dedicated to the needs of "man's best friend'.
