Residents of Stockland’s Elara community in Sydney’s north-west are celebrating the announcement that an innovative new college will soon be under construction within walking distance of their homes.

The proposed St Luke’s Catholic College at Marsden Park is an innovative new college that will educate students from preschool to Year 12 and will ultimately accommodate more than 2,000 students.

St Luke’s Catholic College will be close to the new Elara Sales and Information Centre, the Pop-up Sustainable Community Hub, Livvi’s Café Elara, a playspace, small community garden and the Elara Display Village. A state primary school is also planned for Elara, as well as a neighbourhood shopping centre, playing fields and several local parks.
