On behalf of Liverpool City and Campbelltown City Councils, Stockland is upgrading Denham Court Road between Jamboree Avenue and Commissioners Drive. Stockland has engaged JK Williams to deliver the upgrade. Works are well progressed and will continue through to early 2021.

The first half of construction works are approaching completion. This means the change-over of traffic to the newly constructed north-bound lanes and partial use of the newly constructed roundabout at Commissioners Drive. With the changed traffic conditions, traffic will once again have access to Denham Court Road from Pennyroyal Boulevard while also gaining access to Denham Court Road from Commissioners Drive. However, both of these intersections will strictly be accessed through left turns only; i.e. no right turn into or out of either Pennyroyal Boulevard and Commissioners Drive. This will be implemented to ensure the safety of all road occupants as well as construction workers that will still be working on the Denham Court Road Upgrade.

In the coming months, the following works are scheduled to be undertaken:

  • Demolition of the existing Denham Court Road to facilitate its upgrade
  • Earthworks along Denham Court Road and preparation for new pavement construction
  • Construction of the south-bound bridge over the Water NSW Upper Canal
  • Construction of the remainder of the roundabout at Commissioners Drive

Work will generally be undertaken during standard construction hours, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm. For safety reasons or to minimise impacts, work may need to occur outside of these hours and potentially at night.
