Willowdale hosts a colourful Diwali Festival

Attendees visited the Willowdale Display Village on Saturday 14 October for a Diwali inspired event.

The event, based on the Hindu Festival of Light, was held on the Willowdale Village Green and saw attendees impressed by Bollywood dance workshops, lantern decorating craft stations, traditional food, cultural music and Henna tattoos.

While parents visited the 34 Display Homes, children were kept entertained by activities including jumping castles, face-painting, an inflatable slide, balloon artists and photo booth.
