Stockland receives approval for Willowdale Sportsfield

We know there is a lot of anticipation around the Sportsfield at Willowdale and we’re pleased to provide a short update on our progress.
Stockland has received Development Approval for the approx. 5 hectare Sportsfield –an important milestone for the Willowdale community..

The Development Approval allows for:
o One full sized AFL competition field with two full sized soccer pitches inside;
o One cricket pitch ;
o One secondary training field;
o One amenities building including BBQ facilities and sports club facilities;
o One all-inclusive playground;
o 80+ car park spaces; and
o Connecting paths into the Riparian Corridor.

What's next?
We will now work through the next steps in the development process, including refining design details, Construction Certificate Approval and other Authority Approval. We will continue to work closely with authorities as we progress our plans for this fantastic new addition to your community and will provide further updates in coming months.
