Baringa Bikes Director, Scott Durston said the business commenced in the Aura Business Park after relocating from a site in Caloundra and rebranding as the new Baringa-based business.

“I chose the Aura Business Park because it is a growing area and there are a lot of locals that ride bikes and scooters to school and work and enjoy the extensive network of cycleways in Aura,” said Mr Durston.

“The location is also close to the Caloundra city centre, providing access to great mountain bike tracks.”

Charlotte Buckley, Stockland Community Development Manager said that Aura was fast becoming a hub for successful businesses on the Sunshine Coast.

“We are pleased to welcome Baringa Bikes as a recent addition to the Aura Business Park,” said Ms Buckley.

“We bring to the Aura community a free bicycle maintenance night, which runs every couple of months, where people can learn to look after their bikes and e-scooters to save themselves money in the long run.”
