EG Fuels, KFC & Car Wash Update

As one of the fasted growing communities in Queensland, it’s no surprise that Aura residents continually enjoy access to a developing and expanding number of service offerings within the thriving community.

Joining the flurry of activity at Aura is a recently announced EG Fuel petrol station and service centre, which will include a KFC and Sparkletown Car Wash.

Forecast to open in mid-2024*, the brand-new petrol station and service centre will be built at Aura Boulevard and Farmer Crescent, Baringa, and launch alongside the opening of the Bells Creek Arterial Road extension.

The arterial road extension is a major travel development for residents, as it will facilitate connectivity between Aura’s community and the Bruce Highway.

These latest developments will add to a rapidly expanding number of service offerings at Aura, including trade centres and restaurants, such as McDonalds and Mitre 10.

There’s plenty more in-store for Aura’s master-planned community.
