Foreshore is a National Broadband Network (NBN) equipped community.

Are you moving into Foreshore? If so, the steps below have been taken to ensure your stage is NBN ready.

How does the NBN Network get to you
1) As part of developing stages, we installed the pit and pipe infrastructure.

2) We then transfer ownership of this asset to NBN Co and they install the fibre for the service. Once installed, NBN can then achieve a live connection to your stage.

3) Your builder also follows steps to ensure your home is NBN ready such as connecting to the fibre for your home telephone and data points.

What can you do
If your property is under construction or in the design stage, your builder can help enable an efficient connection to the NBN network by requesting a pre-install of NBN in-home equipment. Please visit New Pre-installation Request for further information. If you would like to speak to a pre-install specialist you can contact NBN New Developments on 1800 687 626 or email.

The NBN service will need to be connected through your selected service provider. Please contact them to arrange connection and they will coordinate a time for the NBN supplied equipment to be installed (if not already pre-installed) and activated. You may be asked for a reference code to locate your stage in their system. Please contact us to find out this information. You can check your NBN network availability or register with NBN Co and they will keep you informed with regular connection timeframe updates.

Already moved in?
If you are ready, or have already moved into your new home and require a telephone service prior to the NBN network being available, you may be eligible for a Universal Service Obligation (USO) voice phone service from the current universal service provider, Telstra. To enquire or to order a USO service please contact Telstra on: 132200 and visit their website.
