Tricare's application for a large retirement facility on Foxwell Road has been approved by the Gold Coast City Council.
Security fencing has gone up today at 220 Foxwell Road, the site of Tricare Retirement Living.
Once the development is fully completed, it will include a proposed 435 units ranging from independent living to full care plus extensive gardens, lawn bowls and resort style pools.
This retirement living development may increase the available jobs in Coomera, both during construction and ongoing.
