Spring Mountain Conservation Estate
For the adventurer, Spring Mountain Conservation Estate offers a plethora of outdoor fun. Featuring the distinctive, sculptured, nearby rocky outcrops of White Rock and Spring Mountain, this estate covers over 2,500 hectares of regionally significant bushland. Hiking, horse-riding and bushwalking are among some of the outdoor activities available, or families can soak in the leafy landscape at Paperbark Flats Picnic Area which is well equipped park facilities and toilets. 

 

Lobley Park
Calling all aviation fans! Aeronautical themed Lobley Park is a unique, popular park only 10 minutes’ drive from Providence. Children’s imaginations will run wild in this award-winning park which boasts a replica RAAF cargo plane and control tower (complete with x-ray machine and radar screen) as well as parachute swings and a natural amphitheatre. Equipped with electric barbeques and shelters, the park’s multiple play areas are connected by sky blue pathways and blooming flower gardens. 

South Ripley Dog Park 

A furry friend favourite for locals, the South Ripley Dog Park is the perfect spot for your pooch. Featuring obstacle courses and two fully fenced areas for dogs large and small, there will certainly be plenty of tails wagging!  

Robelle Domain 
Spread over 24 hectares and including 11km of boardwalks, sporting fields, walking tracks, playgrounds, and an incredible water park, is the Robelle Domain. Children of all ages can enjoy the interactive computerised playground and music spaces or cool off in the zero depth water park which includes large tipping buckets, jet sprays and spouts. The park also features shady picnic areas, tree-top walks and land art pyramids. A café is located in the playground, and ample BBQ facilities and park amenities are available.  Families can also enjoy the daily early evening sound and light show. 

 

 

Providence’s Splash ‘N’ Play Adventure Park  

The jewel of the crown when it comes to children’s playgrounds, has to be Providence’s very own Splash ‘n’ Play Adventure Park. Whether it’s summer or winter, this award-winning park is guaranteed to entertain children of all ages. Its interactive design features giant twisted tube slides and a sky tower interconnected by an elevated rope ‘skywalk’ suspended above the ground. There is a grassed amphitheatre, mega climbing spider net and flying fox, as well as picnic pavilions and electric BBQs. Its state-of-the-art water park is a splashing good time for children of all ages, and is equally enjoyable for parents, who are able to watch from the side-lines with a coffee from Providence’s onsite café, Forty West.
