How can you participate?

  • Check your eligibility with a Stockland team member.
  • Collect a Refer A Friend referral form from a participating community's Sales and Information Centre or  download your state form from this webpage.
  • Use the referral form to fill in your details first.
  • Pass the referral form onto your referred friend.
  • Your referred friend must fill in their details and sign the referral form.

Incentives per state:

  • Victoria: Incentive is a $2,000* Visa Gift Card, promotion finishes 30/06/2024.
  • New South Wales: Incentive is a $5,000* Visa Gift Card, promotion finishes 30/06/24.
  • Queensland: Incentive is a $1,000* Visa Gift Card for all communities excl Newport which is a $2,000* Visa Gift Card, promotion finishes 30/06/24.
  • Western Australia: Incentive is a $1,000* Visa Gift Card, promotion finishes 30/06/24.

Your friend must bring the completed referral form back into our Sales and Information Centre to submit it to our Sales Professional team prior to entering into a contract of sale. Once both you, and your friend settles their purchase of land within a Stockland residential community, we will issue each of you with the incentive applicable to your state.

*Incentive differs per state, see Terms and Conditions. Promotion only applies to Qualifying Land at Stockland. Eligible Referring Participant and eligible Referred Participant will each receive different incentives per state.
