While the masterplan might be subject to design changes over the many years ahead, the vision of delivering a high-quality masterplanned community will always remain. And you can be certain that the context plan still commits the development to numerous things such as parks, open space, shops, schools and other amenity.
For over 70 years, Stockland has been a leading creator and curator of communities, and we look forward to delivering on the vision for existing and future residents.
If you have a current contract with Lendlease that is yet to settle, your contract will be transferred to Stockland. There will be no other changes.
There are no current plans to review the design guidelines, however this may change in the future.
