Works continue at a blistering pace on-site as the Banksia community continues to take shape.

Development updates on the ground include:

• Stages 1 & 2 - Nearing completion with asphalt and line marking works to commence shortly
• Stages 3 & 4 – Sewer, Drainage, Water and Gas reticulation nearing completion. Kerb, Electrical and NBN works to commence shortly.
• Waterway – Section 1A complete
• Boundary Road Southern Lane Upgrade (including Banksia entry) – has also officially commenced.
