Stockland are pleased to report some of the exciting milestones at Minta:

• Hilltop Park and Fantasy Playground: Complete and now fully open to residents and the community
• Stage 15 Reserve Park: Complete and now fully open to residents and the community
• North South Arterial (Future Bells Road) Package 1: Now complete with Carnival Boulevard open through the estate
• North South Arterial (Future Bells Road) Package 3: Construction has commenced and anticipated for completion mid-2023*
• Minta Lakes and Conservation area: Currently under construction and anticipated for completion in mid-2023*
• Stages currently under civil construction: 22, 28, 5B, 6B, 9 & 9A
