Works on Grand Boulevard

Stockland completed the 1.7 km stretch of Grand Boulevard in 2024, linking Grandview and Mt. Atkinson between Altezze Drive and Clara Avenue. 

Updates to energisation of the traffic signals 

We are pleased to share that the traffic lights at the corner of Altezze Drive and Grand Boulevard are now energised and in operation.

This important upgrade will improve safety and traffic flow, offering an easier journey home for all residents in the area. As always, we encourage residents to remain cautious while driving, especially as the new traffic lights are phased into operation.
