Stockland are proud to announce Vale as the winner of UDIA's 2016 Best Masterplanned Development Western Australia.

Stockland's Vale Community in Western Australia's Swan Valley has been awarded Best Masterplanned Development in Western Australia 2016 by the Urban Development Institute of Australia.

Stockland's Brightwater community in QLD and Selandra Rise community in VIC have also won their state awards and will compete with Vale for the National title.

Vale is located in WA's Swan Valley. Its integration with exisiting bushland, wetlands, and parklands with a rural feel blended among a high level of amenity have given just a few reasons why Vale was awarded this special award in masterplanning.

Col Dutton, General Manager of WA Residential says of the award "Delivering an award winning project is an outstanding achievement and to be recognised by your industry peers for delivering great places for people to live, work and enjoy their lives is a great honour."

He has high praises for Vale, saying " Vale is a special place that showcases everything a planned community can and should be. It's green, it's natural, it's unfussy, it has beautiful views, it's true to the character of the Swan Valley, it's a close-knit community – and all in one of the fastest growing corridors in Western Australia. There's a reason people love to live there,"
