At Stockland, we know it takes a lot more than bricks and mortar to create a thriving community.
Stockland’s annual Liveability Index Survey is an important measure of what our residents value, from a sense of belonging, connection to everyday essentials and healthy and active lifestyles, to safety and the quality of the surrounding environment.
This year’s Liveability survey revealed an impressive 86% of respondents were proud to call Newport home. Having great parks within easy walking distance, and living in a community where they feel safe were some of the most valued features of our growing community.
The quality of the natural environment also scored big points, and with Newport located close to the water’s edge in the beautiful Moreton Bay region, it’s easy to understand why.
We’re always looking for ways to make life at Newport even better, which is why we’re finding more opportunities for new neighbours to get to know each other and enjoy their new community.
