Liveability at Orion

How Orion creates Liveability

At Orion, we know it takes a lot more than bricks and mortar to create a thriving community. Our annual Liveability Survey measures what matters to our residents, so we can design our communities around what’s important.
The Liveability Survey invites feedback on all aspects of the community - from quality of built and natural environments, to how its design supports mental and physical well being.

Here are the things you are loving at Orion

Health & Fitness – 92%*
Soak in the natural beauty of your community while maintaining an active & healthy lifestyle.
Connection – 88%*
How close our residents are to the everyday essentials like parks and natural surrounds – and a better life.
Belonging – 80%*
Our residents feel like they are a part of the Orion community.

Here’s what we’re doing to improve ^
