How Highlands creates Liveability

At Highlands, we know it takes a lot more than bricks and mortar to create a thriving community. Our annual Liveability Survey measures what matters to our residents, so we can design our communities around what’s important.

The Liveability Survey invites feedback on all aspects of the community - from quality of built and natural environments, to how its design supports mental and physical wellbeing. Watch more about it below.

Continue working with council to ensure parks, streetscapes and roads are maintained and tidy to ensure areas are safe and well presented.

Development and continuation of a variety of community programs, events and initiatives to promote healthy lifestyles and create connection for residents and the broader community.

Mt Aitken Hilltop Reserve

Working with Hume City Council and Satterley Group, construction of the Mt Aitken Hilltop Reserve is anticipated to commence in Spring 2021. The reserve will incorporate a playground, picnic area, fitness stations and more!
