There are a wide range of centre services and amenities at Stockland Burleigh Heads and we are always willing to hear if you require further assistance. Please feel free to let us know.

Gift Cards

No matter how well you know someone, sometimes it’s hard to find the right present. Give the gift of choice with a Stockland Gift Card. Starting from just $10, a Stockland Gift Card can be spent in any Stockland Shopping Centre in Australia.

The Stockland Gift Card can be purchased from the Customer Care Desk, located near the Commonwealth Bank.  Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and have a $1.50 activation fee.

Justice of the Peace

For your convenience, a Justice of the Peace is at your service every Monday to Friday, 10am to 1pm and every Saturday from 10am to 12pm, located next to Earth Markets.  Not available Public Holidays.  

Kids Kabs

Kids Kabs make shopping with children a little easier. They are available for hire free of charge from the Customer Care Desk.

Lost and Found

If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries please contact the Customer Care Centre on (07) 5535 9666.

Mobility Equipment

Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge for 2 hours from the Customer Care Desk.

Parent Rooms

Our well-equipped Parents' Rooms are located near Best & Less and in the corridor next to Amcal Chemist.

Facilities include:
  Change tables
  Feeding cubicles
  Wash basins
  Nappy bins
  Toilets
  Children's play area with television

Ticketek

Get tickets for your favourite concert, game or show while shopping at Stockland Burleigh Heads.

Ticketek hours are: Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm, and Sunday 10am to 2pm. Public holiday hours may differ.
