Customer Care

Our Friendly team at the Customer Care Desk enjoy being able to help. Open 7 days a week we offer a variety of services. From store directions, gift card sakes, local bus timetables, lost property, motorised scooters and wheelchair hire, we are here to make shopping easier.

Self-Serve Reverse Vending Machine

Get cash for your cans. The new state of the art TOMRA Reverse Vending Machine is your local hub for returning your eligible containers. Open 363 days, including most public holidays, so you can recycle at a time that’s best for you.

It is located in the Stockland Burleigh Heads carpark near GYG.

The self-serve Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) can take up to 100 containers per minute and are easy to use. You can get your refund as a retail cash voucher, digitally through the Containers For Change scheme ID, or you can donate it to a charity of your choosing.

Gift Cards

No matter how well you know someone, sometimes it’s hard to find the right present. Give the gift of choice with a Stockland Gift Card. Starting from just $10, a Stockland Gift Card can be spent in any Stockland Shopping Centre in Australia.

The Stockland Gift Card can be purchased from the Customer Care Desk, located near the Commonwealth Bank. Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and have a $1.50 activation fee.

Free Wi-Fi

Shoppers at Stockland Burleigh Heads can enjoy the benefits of free WiFi.

To join the free WiFi Service follow these steps:
1. Ensure your wireless enabled laptop or device is turned on and has the wireless signal activated.
2. Go to 'Available Wireless Network Connection' list.
3. Select '. Stockland Free WiFi .' You may need to select 'connect'.
4. On the welcome screen enter your details and select 'Connect to WiFi'.

Justice of the Peace

The Justice of the Peace service desk will be temporarily closed until Monday, 7th of February 2022. Once open they will not be operating on Thursdays in February and will be closed 10th, 17th and 24th Feb.

Monday - Wednesday & Friday | 10am - 1pm daily*
Saturday | 10am - 12pm daily*

The JP service is located in front of the Chempro Chemist at the Woolworths end of the centre.

Remember to practice social distancing of 1.5m while waiting to be helped by our volunteer JPs. Your patience and understanding at this time is appreciated.

You can find your way around Stockland Burleigh Heads quickly and easily with BindiMaps, a smart phone app that provides indoor wayfinding and navigation.

BindiMaps’ mobile app provides simple, easy-to-follow indoor navigation services for people who are blind or vision impaired. The app uses Bluetooth beacon technology to pinpoint a user in an indoor space and then guide the user to their chosen destination. Just like Google Maps, but for indoors.

While the app is optimised for use by those who are blind or vision impaired, it can be used by anyone who needs to navigate big and complex indoor spaces such as shopping centres, hospitals, educational institutions and public buildings. The app has a natural language audio system that guides users to their destinations using the phone’s VoiceOver system.

To download the app, search “BindiMaps” in the App Store for iPhone and Play Store for Android devices.

Kids Kabs

Kids Kabs make shopping with children a little easier. They are available for hire free of charge from the Customer Care Desk.

Mobility Equipment

Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge for 2 hours from the Customer Care Desk.

Our well-equipped Parents' Rooms are located near Best & Less and in the corridor near Chempro.
