A compassionate clinician is available by appointment to provide face-to-face psychological counselling. For added convenience, telehealth appointments are also available, ensuring support is accessible no matter your location.
About Gidget Foundation Australia
Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) is dedicated to supporting the mental health of parents during the perinatal period. With 1 in 5 mothers and 1 in 10 fathers experiencing perinatal depression and anxiety, GFA provides free, specialist treatment programs to Australian families, including individual counselling and group therapy.
