Disabled Access Amenities

Our Disabled restroom is located near Big W, between Payless Shoes & Optus.

Disabled parking spaces are located close to the eastern entrance via Molly Morgan Drive for customer convenience, with direct lift access.

Lost & Found

If you've lost something, we can try to help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Customer Care Desk located near Woolworths or call (02) 4933 2799.

If you have visited any of our major stores, we also recommend that you contact them individually.

Mobility Equipment available for hire

Motorised Scooters and Wheelchairs are available for hire, free of charge from the Customer Care Desk.

Bookings are recommended to avoid disappointment. To make a booking, contact Customer Care on (02) 4933 2799.

Parents Rooms

Our Parents Room at Stockland Green Hills has a 5 star Australian rating and is of high quality. Our well-equipped Parents' room is located near Big W.

Facilities include:
• Change tables
• Nappy bins
• Wash basins
• Play area for the kids
• Bottle warming
• Private feeding room

Centre Management

The Centre Management Office can assist with all Centre services, including the hire of mobility equipment, gift card sales, lost property and transport enquiries.
