There are a wide range of centre services and amenities at Stockland Green Hills and we are always willing to help if you require further assistance.



Disabled Access Amenities

We currently have two sets of disabled amenities which are located near Big W and a second set located near Goldmark. 

An Adult Change Room facility with an adult change table and assistance lifter is located near Goldmark. 


Lost & Found

If you've lost something, we can assist you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, make your way to the Customer Care Desk located near Woolworths or call (02) 4933 2799.

If you have visited any of our major stores, we recommend that you contact them individually.  



Mobility Equipment available for hire

Motorised Scooters and Wheelchairs are available for complimentary hire from the Customer Care Desk.

Parents Rooms

We now have two Parent Rooms, which are located on the Ground Level near Centre Management and Goldmark. Both of our Parent Rooms have a 5 star Australian quality rating. 

Facilities include:
• Change tables
• Nappy bins
• Wash basins
• Children's play area
• Bottle warming
• Private feeding room



Centre Management

The Centre Management team can assist with all Centre services, including the hire of mobility equipment, gift card sales, lost property and transport enquiries.
