Rockwear was born and nurtured by one of Australia’s pioneering fitness instructors. Since 1991, we’ve been encouraging women to harness their inner personal strength and live an active life on their own terms.

There is no standard formula to follow. Everyone is invited and everyone is included in our Rockwear Nation.

We’re passionate about activewear culture. We participate in it. We love it! We are Rockwear. With sizes ranging from 4 to 18 in a mix of high performance and casual styles which will take you from lunging to lounging and everything in between!
