Dotti was foundered by Raymond Levis and Linda Bowen in Sydney in 1981. Rumours persist that the inspiration for the Dotti name comes either from Linda's mother Dorothy, reputedly a style icon in her own right, or from the stylish shopping destination in Rome, known as Via Condotti.
In 2004 the Dotti chain became a part of The Just Group and began expanding throughout Australia and New Zealand. In as little time as it takes to bat your lashes, Dotti exploded from just ten stores to opening its 100th store in December 2009. In 2012 Dotti launched an Australian online store and more recently in 2015 a New Zealand specific online store.
Dotti will continue to conquer the fashion world throughout this year and into the future.
