Director and founder of Jbeil Cuisine, Charles Obeid was a partner of Al Aseel Restaurant for 20 years. 

With his passion for Lebanese cuisine and experience in the restaurant business, he decided to venture out on his own. 

The name JBEIL originates from Lebanon and is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. We pride ourselves in ensuring each plate of food delivers exceptional quality, authentic and freshest ingredients. We want to ensure our customers are satisfied not only with our food but also our service. We want each customer to enjoy the dining experience each time they visit us.

Jbeil Cuisine offers catering and wholesale direct from our commercial kitchen located in Greenacre as well as 2 restaurant venues located in Kareela and Enfield.
