Fuss-free and delicious, Eton Mess is perfect for entertaining guests without complicating things in the kitchen. Using only a few ingredients, make it your go-to dessert for those last minute dinner parties!
Lightly whip the cream and sugar until thick. Be careful not to over-whip.
Break up the meringue nests and stir into the cream.
Halve or quarter any large strawberries. Reserving a few berries for garnish, lightly crush the berries with a fork then fold through the meringue and cream mixture.
Scoop into four glasses and serve immediately. Top with reserved berries.
*If you prefer your desserts to be less sweet, use half Greek yoghurt and half double cream.
