1) Arrange the figs on top of the cheeses, add the nuts and the honey and serve.
2) Alternatively bake first at 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 for 8-10 minutes.
You can also caramelise the nuts in the honey and then add to the cheese.
- 4 - 5 figs, cut into wedges
- 4 Camembert cheeses, approx. 200 g each
- 60 g | 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 - 3 tbsp honey
