Active Nation Health Club is a 24/7 fitness studio that specialises in personal training. Their mission is to provide a welcoming and non-intimidating studio, where their Personal Trainers are on hand during staffed hours to assist members with their health & fitness goals.

Staffed hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 9am to 6pm 
Friday: 9am to 4pm 
Sat & Sun: By appointment
