1. Heat oil in a large cast iron frying pan.
2. Add prawns. Cook for about 3 minutes or until just cooked (they turn orange when cooked through)
3. Stir in garlic and parsley, cook for 30 seconds and squeeze over lemon juice to finish.
4. Serve with bread to dip in the oil, which has been beautifully infused with flavours of the prawns, garlic and parsley
