First Home Buyer Grant

The First Home Buyer Grant (FHOG) may be available to people who are building or buying their first home. Eligibility requirements and amounts available (from $10,000 to $20,000) vary from state to state. You can find more information here:

HomeBuilder Grant

A Federal Government grant providing eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) with a $15,000 grant to build a new home or substantially renovate an existing one. It is part of the government’s economic response to COVID-19 (coronavirus).



HomeBuilder Grant applications must be received no later than 14 April, 2020. You can apply via the following links:
