Home is where the heart is, and when it comes to falling in love with where you live there’s one important word you need to remember – liveability.
Stockland’s annual Liveability Index Survey is an important measure of what our residents value, from a sense of belonging, connection to everyday essentials and healthy and active lifestyles, to safety and the quality of the surrounding environment.
This year’s survey results show Aura residents highly rate the standard of living within their community, with 89 per cent of respondents reporting Aura has met or exceeded their expectations.
Easy access to the natural environment and local parks like the popular Pedal Park, as well as the extensive network of safe walking and cycling paths are some of the most valued features of our growing community.
We’re always looking for ways to make life at Aura even better, which is why we’re finding more opportunities for new neighbours to get to know each other and enjoy their new community.
Popular local meeting spot Georgie Café will this year be joined by the $33 million Stockland Baringa Retail Centre with a full-line Supa IGA and 13 specialty retailers, while plans are underway for more community events to help new residents connect with their community and make new friends.
