We've been busy creating ways for the Pallara community to continue connecting online, until we can run our regular community events again.

Today we are launching our May online events to keep the family connected and entertained. They include Adult Yoga and Kids Self Defence sessions, running weekly at the same day and time. 

Simply RSVP to whichever session/s you would like to join and if you have any requests for other activities let me know. We’ve also included some easy instructions for you here.

Adult Online Yoga Sessions
Date: Weekly on Saturday's - Next session will be on Saturday 2 May
Time: 4pm - 4:40pm 
Cost: Free - Participants will need to register their interest online HERE

Stretch it out! Join our weekly online yoga classes run by Mukti Freedom Yoga. Mukti Saraswati is a master of yoga who was born in Melbourne, and lived in India for 10 years learning, practicing and teaching traditional techniques of yoga. All skill levels welcome.

 

Kid’s Online Self Defence Sessions
Date: Weekly on Saturday's - Next session will be on Saturday 2 May 
Time: 3pm - 3:40pm 
Cost: Free - Participants will need to register their availability online HERE

The Self Defence Classes will be run by Southside Academy of Combat. It is their belief that children need structure in their lives and a strong support system of family, friends and mentors for encouragement to enable their growth.
