Stockland is committed to contributing to the development of much needed health care facilities in Craigieburn

New Medical Centre coming to Craigieburn

Standing by its commitment to the Craigieburn Highlands community, Stockland held a ground breaking ceremony at the site of its new, state of the art medical centre.

Local MP for McEwen, Rob Mitchell, Yuroke MP, Ros Spence and General Manager of Retirement Living Operations, Igor Merkin took part in the official sod turning.

Stockland are developing this health hub and will partner with leading healthcare provider Primary Health Care, to operate and manage the facility.

Due to be completed in 2017, the $6 million facility will service over 12,000 local Highland residents including residents of the nearby Highlands Retirement Village. The centre will include GPs, physiotherapy, podiatry, pathology and radiology services, as well as an on-site pharmacy.

Land is now selling at Highlands, and offers a range of other award winning amenity to residents.
