The Highlands Movie Night run by the Highlands Community Residents Group was a great success! Read more about the night from the president of HCRG.

The Highlands Community Residents’ Group was proud to partner with 1st Craigieburn Scout Group to present the fifth annual Highlands Movie Night on Saturday 11th February at Highlands Lake Reserve.   Over 450 local residents enjoyed an evening of family, food and fun, including sausage sizzle, live music, face painting, jumping castle and kids’ activities before the movie.  After sunset the audience sat back and enjoyed a screening of Snoopy and Charlie Brown:  The Peanuts Movie under the stars.  Even a few light sprinkles of rain couldn’t dampen the fun!

The HCRG would like to thank 1st Craigieburn Scouts, Stockland, Hume City Council, and our event sponsors and volunteers for their support of the Highlands Movie Night.  We look forward to delivering another successful event for the community next year.  To learn more about the HCRG, and keep up to date with our activities and local news, follow our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/HCRGinc or email highlandsgroup@hotmail.com.
